About Pamela

With over 25 years of experience in corporate law, Pamela Zimlin brings deep expertise in navigating complex legal matters. Most recently, she served as General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer at a healthcare-focused private equity fund. Prior to that, Pamela was a partner at mid-sized regional law firm, where she specialized in corporate and securities law, advising clients on the formation of private equity funds, private offerings, mergers and acquisitions (both buy-side and sell-side), private equity transactions, and venture capital investments.

Pamela founded Corporate Strategic Solutions as an alternative to traditional big law firms, driven by her belief that clients deserve direct, high-quality legal advice without the burden of unpredictable billing. She collaborates with clients to design tailored fee arrangements that align with the scale of the transaction and ensure they feel they are receiving excellent value for their investment.

A native of Baltimore, Pamela has practiced law in top firms across New York City, Boston, and Philadelphia. Before entering the legal field, she worked as a certified public accountant with Ernst & Young in Baltimore.

Outside of work, Pamela enjoys playing golf and tennis, cheering on her children at lacrosse games, and rooting for the Ravens.

Meet April

April Fields joined Corporate Strategic Solutions in November of 2025 as CSS’s Client Services and Transactions Manager.

April is a business development professional with over a decade of experience driving strategic growth in the eye care industry. As the Client Services and Transactions Manager at Corporate Strategic Solutions, she will support Pamela with all aspects of transactions with a focus on building strong client relationships, streamlining deal execution, and delivering customized solutions that enhance market presence and operational efficiency. April is known for her hands-on approach and commitment to making each transaction seamless, strategic, and successful.  When she's not working, April finds joy in the great outdoors, often exploring trails with her dogs and soaking in the beauty of nature. She’s a novice golfer who appreciates the sport for both its relaxing pace and the personal challenge it offers. April also enjoys singing karaoke, where she connects with others through music and embraces the fun of spontaneous performance. These hobbies bring balance to her life and reflect her energetic, well-rounded personality.
